Greek Salad
- Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 small onion finely sliced
- 1 small green capsicum cored, seeded and
roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 185g fetta cheese cut into cubes
- 125g black olives
- 1 teaspoon oregano

- Method
- Place the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and
capsicum in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour over the oil, vinegar and salt and pepper
to taste and toss thoroughly.
- Transfer the salad to a serving dish/bowl and
cover with cheese and olives.
- Sprinkle with oregano
