Boris and Minka are Didi's parents. They are always arguing with each other about silly things, but they love each other and they expecially love their grandson Tommy. According to Boris they come from "the old country" but now they live nearby. Occassionally they baby-sit the Rugrats when the grown ups go out, or visit for special occassions.
Boris is voiced by Michael Bell
Minka is voiced by Melanie Chartoff
