A summary of the session is:
'What is spirituality? What is materialism? Are they diametrically opposed? What is their significance in our lives? In this talk/discussion we will consider the materialistic state of the world today, some possible explanations for this from a theosophical point of view, and the possibility of materialistic values being transcended to allow a more compassionate world to emerge .'
